How to factory reset Quest 2:

Press and hold the power and volume (-) buttons on the glasses at the same time until the home screen loads. Use the volume buttons on the glasses to highlight Factory reset and press the power button.

Your Oculus Quest will perform a factory reset, so you'll need to do the initial setup and download all your apps again the next time you turn it on.
