How to recover report not transferred to computer

If the report does not transfer to your computer, try the following:
1.- Check the Wi-Fi connection, it must not have intermediate repeaters and must be stable.
2.- Prepare everything as if we were going to do another evaluation, connect the headset, enter the application and start the evaluation.
3.- If at the time of connecting, there are pending reports, a message "recovering lost reports" will appear. Wait for it to finish.
4.- Check in recent evaluations if the report has appeared.

Once generated, the reports are saved in Aula, Aquarium, Ice cream o Suite. Simply enter the Nesplora app, search for the patient and select the corresponding evaluation in the list of evaluations located at the bottom of the patient's file. Once you have accessed the evaluation file, you will find all the reports generated from that evaluation at the bottom, in the section titled Reports as shown in the following image.
