To recover the reports, just turn on the VR glasses and check that they are connected to the internet. Then open the nesplora app (Aula, Aquarium, Ice Cream or Suite), a message will appear at the bottom indicating that the pending reports have been recovered.

Go to your computer and refresh the nesplora page so that the data is updated (ctrl+shift+R) and check on the evaluations screen that the pending evaluations have appeared, then click on the evaluation and request the report.
