The report does not transfer to the computer
If the report does not transfer to the computer try the following:
- check wifi network, repeaters may affect report transfer
- verify that the antivirus or firewall is not preventing the transfer, you can try to disable it momentarily or add exceptions to allow access.
- Prepare everything as if we were going to do another evaluation, connect the VR headset and begin the evaluation.
- At the moment of connecting, if there are pending reports, a message "recovering lost reports" will appear. wait for it to finish.
- Check in the user's file if the report has appeared.
