If the report does not transfer to the computer try the following:

  1. check wifi network, repeaters may affect report transfer
  2. verify that the antivirus or firewall is not preventing the transfer, you can try to disable it momentarily or add exceptions to allow access.
  3. Prepare everything as if we were going to do another evaluation, connect the VR headset and begin the evaluation.
  4. At the moment of connecting, if there are pending reports, a message "recovering lost reports" will appear. wait for it to finish.
  5. Check in the user's file if the report has appeared.
