What are the hardware requirements?
The minimum hardware requirements for the Nesplora System to function properly are as follows:
Virtual Reality System
- Meta Quest 2, Meta Quest 3, or Meta Quest 3S; Meta Quest Pro
- Any size: 128, 256, or 512 GB;
- *Meta requires a smartphone to configure its VR headset:
- Android 8.0 or later.
- Apple iOS 15.1 or later.
Web Browser
- Nesplora's web platform only requires a web browser (such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, or Safari) that can be run on a computer, tablet, or iPad.
Computer/Tablet:
- Windows 10, 64-bit (or higher)
- Mac OS High Sierra 10.13.6 (or higher)
- Tablet: Android 8.0 Oreo or later
- iPad: Apple iOS 15.1 or later
Wi-Fi network with internet connection
- Minimum speed: 50 Mbps
- Recommended speed: greater than 100 Mbps
Headsets with the following characteristics:
- They must cover the ear and sufficiently isolate external noise.
- They must be easily adjustable to fit different users.
- They must have leather or similar ear cushions for easy cleaning and proper maintenance.
- They must be wired to the VR headset*.
*Bluetooth headsets should not be used because they have a delay of a few milliseconds, which can affect scores such as reaction time.
*The Meta Quest 3S headset only has a USB-C connection, so an adapter or headphones with a USB-C connector will be required.

NESPLORA is not responsible for the correct functioning of the Nesplora System, nor will it provide technical support for it if the computer/equipment/device on which it is run does not meet the minimum technical requirements established above.
